Host was very welcoming, helpful, and responsive. Appliances and furnishings all in great shape, almost new. Beds were very comfortable. View from the back lanai area was amazing- we loved watching the boats at the marina. We rented a boat, having the boat lift and such immediate access to the local waterways was perfect.

The pool was not enjoyable at all, there was no heater, and the water was freezing! The house was clean, the view was very nice, it would have been nice to have TV’s in the bedrooms, and it would be nice if they had a heater for the pool, it never warmed up
