Spring Break 2025

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the island has to offer & to the mainland. We travelled with some of our adult children & their young kids. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home!

The house was as described, very clean, larger and nicer than I had originally thought. I wish my kitchen was so big! The owner allowed us to check in early which was helpful since we had a late morning flight. The hot tub timer was tricky though and we were only able to use it one evening nor was there any gas in the grill (had to say bye bye to our steaks). I assume that the owner will stock the kitchen with a working coffee maker, bake wear, additional cutlery, cutting boards, etc in the near future. I think some of the hiccups we faced were just because of how new the property listing is. Overall, this was a great experience and I would 100% recommend after a few easy peasy updates.

New House In Marco Island

We had a nice stay at the house. The home is very large. 4 rooms and an office all the space you will need. The pool is beautiful. This house sits at the end of a canal. There is no dock but there are beautiful canal views. The house is a 5-minute drive to the beach. Everything about the house is new and up to date. The only thing to now is that the house doesn't come with standard cable TV. All the TVs are smart TV's so you will have to log in to your on streaming services.
