Esta es una casa recién renovada y remodelada a moderna / contemporánea. Azulejos de mármol de alta gama y baños. Piscina de gran tamaño, cocina gourmet con isla de granito de gran tamaño que reúne hasta 8 personas entretenidas mientras disfruta de la amplia vista del canal. Bay está a solo unos minutos. ... y restaurantes, bares y tiendas están justo en la esquina de la calle. Muy buena ubicación por agua y a poca distancia. Escenario muy privado, justo al final de la calle!

Check in was extremely easy. Kitchen was well equipped. I wish there had been staples such as cooking spray, etc. kitchen was clean and everything was easy to find and in excellent condition.

Great time and great hosts!!

Our stay was fantastic, the location was great, the house was spotless, and the dock worked perfectly for the pontoon boat we rented to explore the beaches and fishing spots. Ana was an incredible host and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. From leaving a bottle of wine for our arrival, giving us restaurant recommendations, and even offering to ship us a few things we left behind - she and her husband made us feel like family!

Lovely Easter Weekend/Birthday Getaway!

My sister, mom, and I rented this location for a ladies’ getaway for our mom’s 70th birthday. The space was perfect for the 3 of us. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Pool is heated which was a nice treat and so relaxing. Only areas of improvement were the AC (seemed to be automatically set to a certain temperature and it was warm in the house overnight) and the beach gear (chairs and umbrella) were in rough shape. Communication with John and Ana was wonderful. Location of the house great too - close to restaurants and shops. Overall we had a phenomenal time and highly recommend!

clean but lacking

We enjoyed our stay in this clean home in a good neighborhood. The pool was lovely and heated. The kitchen was updated but bathrooms, lighting, the AC unit were in need of updating... Communication with hosts was easy and they were very responsive.

Retreat House

"The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The canal views were very nice and we enjoyed the constant parade of boats going by.I really enjoyed a very relaxing vacation thanks to Ana and John's hospitality.

Perfect location and home!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at this property! We did not have any problems at all and the home is perfectly appointed and in very nice updated condition and has a great location on the island. Ana was extremely responsive the entire way through the process. We will definitely be back!

Marco Island

A nice and very clean with a Beautiful view in a good location. This house has everything you need if you like to escape for just the weekend or a whole week. My kids loved the heated pool, The beds were very comfortable. The sitting area outside, looking at the marina was beautiful. Everything was just perfect really.!! So I will definitely come back. Great little house in a great location

Great house for a small family stay…3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Perfect location, walking distance from stores and restaurants. Updated kitchen with a wonderful pool deck area. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Overall, fantastic experience.

Peaceful Retreat

Loved staying in this very cute house. Everything was clean, tidy and organized. Main bed was very comfy. I slept great. Loved sitting on the lanai each evening looking out at the water. Hosts were quick to respond to my questions and I felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

All Around Excellent

Wonderful 3bed/2bath home in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the hustle & bustle of the main strip in Marco Island. An incredible inground pool and dock right on the bay, both excellent places to spend time at sunrise or sunset. Make this the next stay for your Marco Island vacation! Last, John & Ana are EXCELLENT hosts and were extremely quick getting back to me with any questions I had whether home or area related. Thank You!

Short Vacation stay

House was very clean. Master bedroom room sink is way to low. The tv’s did not have regular cable and that required us to try to find streaming with out having to sign in on some else’s television. AC was good in all places except for the master bedroom. Overall I was happy with our stay. I kept my bay boat at there dock and that is what really made it convenient for us. I parked our trailer at Mid Gaurd Storage down the street from the Collier boat ramp. That worked out well.

Once the kids grew up and we decided offer the house for the same purpose.

If you love Nature, you will love our home. We try to combine the gorgeous Back Yard Nature with simplicity practical and elegant interior letting you spend a refresing and relaxing time.
The morning sunrises are breathtaking, while summer night let you enjoy the sound of the water with light of the stars and soft breeze.
You like fishing? We do too!
Also our location is a plus. Either by car or by boat. The Factory bay is minutes away and leads you right to the main river.
The Rose Marina for fuel and supplies and around the canal. You don't have a boat? You can rent one there!
