About this property

Beautiful 3-bedroom home close to Louisville!

Our cozy home, set in a quiet neighborhood with safe streets for walking/running, is located just two miles from Fuzzy Zoeller's Covered Bridge Golf Club and a 15-minute drive from downtown Louisville. With a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room, this three-bedroom home is great for families, couples, or groups of friends to stay comfortably! The full house is available for guest use, except for a few locked closets.
Our home is set on a small neighborhood lot with a fully-fenced-in, private backyard.
Our spacious living room provides seating for seven with a couch, loveseat, recliner, and soft chair.
The full kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, an electric range with double oven, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, an electric hot-water pot for tea, a toaster, knives and silverware, pots and pans, dishes and glasses.
The dining room table is complete with six chairs.
Our master bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, a recliner (with heat and massage options), TV with Roku, electric fireplace, and private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, dresser, TV with DVD player, drawers full of DVDs for guest use, and closet.
The third bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, a dresser with bookshelves, children's books and board games, a child rocking chair, and closet.
The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub and includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
We now have a brand new four-seasons room and deck in the backyard for guest use! Fire up the BBQ grill and eat dinner on the deck, then enjoy a relaxing evening around the outdoor fire table or in the four-seasons room. House rules:
—No parties
—No parking in the street or in the yard
—No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes
—Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
—Only 3 vehicles on property
—No trailers on property
—Only registered guests allowed on property unless pre-approved by owners (additional fee may apply)
—No fireworks

Please set the thermostat to 75 for air conditioning and 65 for heat. Thank you!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please park in the driveway. Do not park in the street. Two cars maximum, unless personally approved by host ahead of stay.
Our home is in a residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am). Only registered guests allowed on the property.
If you use our grill, please clean it with the tools provided. Please do not use glass dishes outside. We have some plastic dishes for outdoor use.

Wonderful stay! Cozy house with a comfortable sunroom and beautiful deck. We stayed here for a trail race on the Knobstone Trail. This location is perfect: very close to Louisville and Indiana state parks. Everything was clean and well kept!

We were there to celebrate Christmas with daughter and her son. This place was centered perfectly to event we needed to attend. With t being so cold outside we enjoyed all the comfort this house offered. We will be booking another stay in February and again in June. Love the house and location.

Really great house

We really loved our stay at this house. It was the perfect size. The only issue we came across were a few spiders daily in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee every morning on the patio. We definitely will book again in the future.

Great property and neighborhood

We had a great stay at a wonderful and clean property! It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood and so convenient to the Louisville airport and our cousin’s house. We had four adults and two kids stay there comfortably. The owners communicated very well and there were no issues with checking in or out. The only thing we recommend would be new mattresses for the queen beds. One sank in the middle and it was hard for two adults to sleep, while the other one was not comfortable either but that was the only thing we see that needs improved. Would definitely stay there again!!

This home is absolutely amazing. It has its own personal charm, very weel decorated and i must say having some necessities available for use in the bathrooms qnd kitchen is absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better location as my daughter was playing at the Kentucky exposition center. This home is perfect for any family trip. My little guys are already asking when we can go back. Everything from check in to out was very simple. I highly recommend.

Great Stay!

We stayed here to attend the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville. Although it’s about a 30 minute drive to the Expo Center, it was well worth having a quiet, roomy place to stay. There were five adults and one child in our party and we fit perfectly. There’s plenty of restaurants close and it’s an easy drive to downtown. The house is very inviting and had lots of nice to haves that aren’t always found in a rental, like laundry detergent and stain remover and hairdryers. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to be in the area!

Grandkids Retreat

Quiet neighborhood. Very clean comfortable home with great screened porch and deck area. Kids enjoyed ping pong table in garage and smart TVs. Had lots of DVDs, games and books. Enjoyed manageable trips to Wyandotte caves and Holiday World/Splashing Safari.
