The whole crew will love the swimming pool. It has a spill-over jacuzzi hot tub and a spacious sundeck with lounge chairs. After a swim, why not enjoy a poolside BBQ meal? There's space for 12 guest to dine al fresco. Bring out your inner Gordon Ramsey while cooking on your private grill!



Had enough sun for the day? Not a problem with our in-home games room. Sports fans of all ages will love hanging out in this basketball themed room, featuring our home team, the Orlando Magic. We've packed it full of family favourites like foosball, air hockey, billiards and of course, a basketball court.



Moving inside, you'll love how spacious the open concept design feels. Enjoy a show on the 50" smart TV, which is connected to the home's high speed internet service. The comfy sofas offer lots of space to cuddle up.



The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances (including two full sized dishwashers!), and boasts 2 full sized fridge/freezer combinations, so there's room for everyone's left-overs. There's loads of countertop space for cooking, and there's plenty of dining space at the table (seats 12), and additional space for 4 more at the kitchen island bar.



The amenities continue upstairs, where you'll find a superhero themed movie theatre! Complete with cinema seating and a massive projection screen, movie nights will never be the same.



Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, comfortable beds, fresh linens, and smart TV. There are 3 King bedrooms on the ground level of the home, along with 1 Queen bedroom and a room with 2 twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms include a king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, and 3 rooms with bunk-beds. Each bunk-bed has a twin bed on the top bunk and full sized bed on the bottom bunk. Bedtime will be a snap since the kids rooms are decorated with beloved Disney movie characters!



Guests are provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse, so let's talk resort amenities, shall we? The clubhouse has been newly renovated, and the clubhouse gym is fully equipped and air conditioned, so you can pump iron while you plan your day at the theme parks. Multitasking at its finest! Let's not forget the enormous resort pool and hot tub. Loungers? Check. Sunshine? Double check. It's like a recipe for relaxation. For the kiddos, there's a splash zone playground with waterslides and shallow-entry pool.

Parking:

There are 5 available parking slots in the driveway. If extra parking is needed there is additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community. Parking is also allowed outside the pool area, using the side parking spaces and is subject to availability.





Guests are provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a large heated resort pool, fitness centre, and children's splash zone playground.



The Neighborhood:

Veranda Palms is a family friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. The location is in a fantastic area, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The community is just a short drive away from some of the most popular attractions in the area, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Being just minutes away from world-famous theme parks, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses, you'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep.



Kissimmee is also within easy driving distance. Kissimmee is a typical laid-back Floridian town with wooden-fronted shops and tree-lined streets. Kissimmee has something for everyone whether its shopping malls, fantastic restaurants or the old town feel of America. It is also a great place for sports and outdoor activities. You can go horse riding or fishing and sailing on one of the many lakes, or if you are feeling more adventurous you can take to the waterways on one of the airboat safaris and spot the abundance of local wildlife.

• Please do not hang or climb on the basketball rim or backboard. It’s dangerous and could cause accidents or damage to the wall. Thank you for your understanding and care.

• To keep it sparkling and clean, our pool gets some regular pampering to stay at its best, which means it’ll be briefly unavailable during maintenance. We appreciate your understanding.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
