Nestled in the treetops, just 5 miles from the heart of Ellicottville, this luxury treehouse offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Enjoy the charm of a boutique town known for fantastic skiing, vibrant restaurants, cozy bars and year-round activities - all just minutes away!

This stunning retreat features 2 bedrooms, a murphy bed in the basement, 2.5 bathrooms and an open-concept living area. Enjoy the forest views of this modern tree house inspired get-away that includes heated floors, a spa like bathroom, A/C, wi-fi, two spacious decks, outdoor propane fueled fire pits with chairs, an outdoor infrared sauna and an outdoor dining area.

Keyless entry. A 4 digit code will be given to guest an hr prior to check in.

4 wheel drive highly recommended in the winter months.

The closest neighbor to our home is about 700 ft away. They use their RV about 4 times a year.
