One of the best locations Collins Lake resort has to offer! Year round fun in this End unit w/3 full bedrooms (w/door and windows)+ 4th sleeping area downstairs (most units in complex offer 2 private bedrooms and a bunk room w/out a door or window) Walk right across the driveway to the clubhouse, spas, sauna and pool! Your rustic, cozy retreat is ready for you! TV's in bedrooms, comfy bedding & Soft blankets abound to snuggle up by the fire in the winter. Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Quick walk to town for everything. Great parking in large shared lot. Shuttle to mountain! Shuttle picks up across from entrance. Fun sledding hill on site. Easy walk to all restaurants, bars, grocery store. Sleeps up to 10 including the use of bunk bed with double beds or 8 if only one couple in bunk room. Summer fun includes hiking, biking, zip lining, obstacle courses and other fun activities!! We look forward to hosting you and are happy to answer any questions you might have

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please be sure to return key card on lander for the pools spot in courthouse to the hook at the bottom of the stairs
Please be sure to turn off the switch for the fireplace next to the recliner chair on the outside wall.
Set thermostat to 65° both upstairs and in the garage turn heaters to low
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
