Nestled directly on the water, the private dock offers easy lake access and beautiful views—ideal for fishing and the five property kayaks.

Inside, enjoy a bright, newly remodeled layout including a gourmet kitchen. With three bathrooms offering both showers and a bathtub, guests can refresh with ease. And, you're less than 2 miles from the historic Granbury Square. Ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing lakeside escape, this property truly has it all.

Relax on the back porch in our comfortable patio furniture, launch any of our property kayaks directly from the private dock, or cast a line and catch catfish, perch, alligator gar, carp, bass—or even a few turtles! Sitting on a quiet neighborhood canal just off the main body of the lake, you’ll enjoy calm waters and peaceful surroundings.

Experience the perfect lakeside setup with 3 gorgeous shade trees, a fire pit overlooking the water, a grill ready for your favorite meals, and yard games like life-size Connect 4 and Jenga for family fun.

Convenience is key—you’d never guess you’re so close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Step outside the glass patio doors into the backyard and it feels like a private lakeside retreat with panoramic water views.

No pets: We do not allow pets at this property.

Private Dock Use
Guests can enjoy use of the private dock for swimming, fishing, and tying up a boat during their stay.

Please note:
• The boat slip is occupied by the owner’s personal boat and is not available for guest use.
• Guests are welcome to tie boats to the side of the dock.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, patio, dock, and in the garage. The garage camera monitors the garage area only. All cameras record video and audio for security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private living spaces.

Such an amazing property. From the Booking to the time we had to leave this place was perfect. Very clean. Beds were great to sleep on. Fished off the dock and caught multiple fish. Easy location to downtown. Our family wished we had more time we will be back for sure. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This home was great for our friend’s weekend getaway. It is very conveniently located close to town. The home is extremely comfortable and very comfy beds. We enjoyed the back patio and the view of the lake. Our host was incredibly thoughtful in leaving a coffee bar fully stocked. The kitchen is very organized and has everything you would need. Host was very easy to work with, and we had to reschedule due to an ice storm. We appreciated her willingness to let us reschedule. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a lovely home to share some relaxing time making new memories with great friends.

This house was perfect for our stay in Granbury. Melissa, our host, was very helpful and responsive. This house literally had everything you could think of in the kitchen. Tons of coffee, tea, creamer, filters, little extra's in the fridge, soap, shampoo, tons of towels, etc... The back yard lake amenities looked awesome, but we did not take advantage of them since we were there over Christmas. Overall, great home, great location, wonderful host. I would stay here again.
