🎶 Palm Springs city regulations are strict: No outdoor music is allowed at any time, and indoor music must not be heard outside. Please only book if you’re comfortable with these local laws — violations can result in city fines and immediate cancellation.
🪪 Guest Requirements:
Primary guest must be 25+ years old.
A valid government-issued ID and short lease agreement are required after booking and before check-in, per the City of Palm Springs rules.
🏊🏼♀️If you're interested in enjoying a heated pool during your stay for added comfort, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. The pool is maintained at 85 degrees. Please note that the spa portion of the pool is not heated independently from the pool and therefore will not reach hot tub temperature. Also, the spa does not have jets. The cost for this service is an extra $150 per night (the fee to heat the pool is charged for each night of your stay…ie. a 3 night stay will be charged at 3 x $150 to heat the pool) which must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. You can easily make the payment through Airbnb.
