The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the castle‑themed windows, inviting you to linger over a fresh cup of coffee before the day’s adventure begins. Step onto the private pool deck and feel the gentle Davenport breeze as the sun warms the water, promising a refreshing dip whenever you like. After a day exploring nearby parks, the townhouse welcomes you back to a calm space where family can gather, unwind, and reconnect.

Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air‑conditioning and heating support longer stays or relaxed getaways.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits just outside the back door, with optional heating available for an additional charge. Outdoor furniture creates a relaxed spot for sunbathing, poolside meals, or evening conversation under the Florida sky.



Resort access

As a guest of The Retreat at ChampionsGate, you enjoy shared resort amenities including multiple pools, a lazy river, a water slide, cabanas, a Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course with driving range and putting green, and six clay tennis courts with a clubhouse. Free street parking and a private entrance add convenience throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of cooking basics, dishes and drinkware. A high chair and children’s dinnerware make meals easy for families with little ones.



Bathroom essentials

Each bathroom provides hot water, fresh towels, bed linens and shower amenities. A hair dryer, iron and ample clothing storage keep daily routines simple.

Located in Davenport, the home is a short drive to Disney World, Universal Studios and a variety of local dining options, giving you easy access to Orlando’s top attractions while enjoying a quieter community setting.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
