Clean and well stocked home. Everything we needed was on site. The kids loved the heated pool. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the park, grocery store and restaurants.

Very nice home on a quiet street. It was very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The pool was great too. Close to Disney parks and shopping. Universal is a little further but still close. Easy drive to and from airport as well. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. The interenet and tv streaming didn’t seem to be working too well but we weren’t home that much to worry about it.

My family and kids had a great stay at this location. Great amount of space for 2-3 families.Garage was clean, air hockey worked but needed to be moved closer to outlet to plug in, foosball was fun, pool table had all the balls to play but sticks could use an update.Rooms were great size and met all of our needs WiFi worked great mainly used for phones, tablets, TVs. Kitchen was nice with plenty of space, fridge was a little small for those who would be staying longer than a few days but perfect for our short stay. Pool was refreshing, we had it heated (70) and it was a great temperature, kids really enjoyed itNo grill was a bummer and with a 110 additional fee we didn’t feel like it was worth it. After seeing the outside set up I see why there isn’t a grill there. Most of the backyard is enclosed and not a great place to grill. Location was good. We went to Epcot for food and wine testable and it took about 17 minutes to get there. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 cars, there were so many cars parked all over the side of the road Friday night and made it really tight. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would book it again. No place should be perfect when booking but this was pretty dang close.

Overall, my family and I had a fantastic time at the property. The house’s features were pleasant, but the bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. They were also a bit outdated, and the sliding door to the pool could be updated. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the close proximity to the parks.

We had an amazing stay here with our grandchildren, great location for the Disney parks. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Private Pool is heated with a safety gate was a plus. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Recommend it for families with children visiting Disney, the themed wall art is a highlight!

Annual family girlfriend’s weekend getaway. Awesome decor, comfy beds, wonderful pool, all the amenities we needed and great communication with the property manager! Voila….perfect VRBO RENTAL! A must stay! You won’t be disappointed!

Overall a very good property in a great location for Disney. Property has everything you want including a lovely pool as well as plenty of beach towels etc. A minor issue with the air conditioning stopping one evening was dealt with very promptly, with someone at the door to repair it within 20 minutes of messaging. Only real issue was the ants in some of the bathrooms and bedrooms, although a can of spray from Walmart kept these broadly under control - we didn’t raise it as an issue so not sure if anything more could have been offered?

Birthday weekend

After a couple of days at Disney we wanted a place to relax and swim. This place fit that need perfectly. The pool was great and made a five year old’s birthday celebration excellent. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby but the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Wonderful for Families

My family and I had a great time at this property. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was a short ride to Disney World which was perfect for us. Family members that did not go to Disney World enjoyed hanging out by the pool and in the game room. The check in and check out process was smooth and everyone we came in contact with was very nice. Oh and we loved the art!

Grandson high school grad trip

House was exactly as described. Very happy with house set up. Loved the decor. Well maintained, equipped and cared for. We came with our son and daughter-in-law and their 3 children. 18, 15 and 14. Spent one whole day off from theme parks just to enjoy the pool and relax. Location was great. Would highly recommend. Loved our stay.. Thank you.

Birthday trip

Check in my really easy . The owners are very prompt on answering back with any questions . The house was clean except for a few small that's that anyone person could have missed. House is spacious however the game areas was to hot to hang out in until the day it rained. Overall I would house was great and we would stay again and recommend it to others

Read the policies- they control the ac

Property is in great location, great neighborhoodThe bad- AC is controlled by a ac company & if you turn ac below 72 in hot Florida they turn it off. This house stayed extremely hot, living room has 2 sky-lights.Just like other reviews here…. There were black bugs in the tubs everyday, i contacted the manager but no response or resolution.The remote for tv didn't work informed property manager but they never resolved that issue.Wifi was weak6 smart tvs in the home & the wifi was so weak no one was able to watch anything that was streamed.

Family time in orlando

The property was nice, plenty of space and towels. The house has NO left over condiments, salt pepper oul etc..often it will be left by a previous guest. Only 2 griddles so cooking is limited. We had lots of ants daily in the bathtub and shower. Pool was great, house was near the parks, parking was easy at the home AC worked beautifully. Contacting host was difficult..im now home and still waiting for a reply...luckily we figured it out.

Nice property

We had a good stay at the house but we did have a few issues. One my daughter’s bathroom tub constantly had little black bugs that seemed to be coming out of the drain. Also the thermostat seemed to be managed by an outside source and would be turned up to 80 on more than one occasion. The property was nice and my kids enjoyed the house.

Home was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone loved the pool and space of home. Could have had a couple more and been comfortable. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend.

Good stay

Overall the property was exactly what we needed. We had a group of 6 coming to Orlando for an event and needed a house that was located close to Disney/ESPN sports complex. The beds were comfortable and the pool was the perfect size.There were two things that couldve made this a 5 star stay. The first being we noticed there were fire ants coming up from one of the post holes for the pool fence, and they were also coming up through the drain of one of the bathrooms. We discovered the ones at the pool when one person in our party was bit by one while sitting on the pool ledge. I contacted the host and they had someone come out but it still didn’t take care of the issue. I had to run to Walmart and get a can of Raid to deal with this.The second, while minor, was that none of the TVs have cable. Sometimes at night after a long day we just wanted to watch something and having internet only TVs made that fairly difficult.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
