About this property

Our tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa is located in Reunion Resort. A gated community, beautifully landscaped, large pool with Tiki bar and just a 10 minute drive to Disney World and still close to all attractions the Orlando area has to offer. One of the reasons we choose our place is it was a 3rd floor end unit. So it has windows and didn't give us that boxed in feeling and no one above us. A big plus in our opinion. Our place has our, just like home touch. So come stay awhile, we’ll leave the light on. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent property

Traveling with adult family members. It was so comfortable that we ended up ordering in and relaxing over dinner at the condo rather than going out to a restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

The overall stay was very good. Great location, communication, and ease of check-in. They did state it is a basic clean between guest and for the most part it was good. I would stay here again.

What a gem !

I rented this condo for my in laws for their first trip to Orlando and they couldn’t have been happier. The condo was so clean and spacious and the communication between the owner and management team was fantastic. Location is perfect to navigate around too Thank you so much for their stay !

Lovely stay

We loved this property so close to the parks. Lots of amenities on property. There’s the gym and pool too. Lots of walking trails and in a beautiful setting. We would stay here again! The owner Steve & property manager were fabulous and pay attention to details and have excellent communication. Thanks to both of you!

Short but sweet/Close to Water Park

All of the comforts of home. I’ve already referred this property to a friend. Steven was very responsive and ensured our brief stay was enjoyable. This is a beautiful condo; we didn’t use it however, it’s worth noting that it’s very close to the water park. I’d definitely rent from Steven again!

Wonderful vacation rental!

I rented the condo for my 3 kiddos and me to stay while we enjoyed long days at Disney, and it was the perfect home base! The kids loved it! I loved it! It was so nice, we actually looked forward to coming back to the condo every day. Thank you Steve for being so accommodating and responsive and for helping make our vacation perfect!

Beautiful Property

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at the property. The owner was very accommodating after our traveling plans had changed unexpectedly. The owner is very responsive. The property is well maintained and very clean. Beautiful decor. Comfortable bedding. Nice view of landscaping on balcony. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy check in. We plan to stay at the property again in the future.

I have stayed in luxury resorts and hotels. This property equals them all. Diamond, Wyndham, Hilton Resort properties are nice but for less than a year’s maintenance fee you could stay here. The 3 bedroom 3 full bath property was very well maintained and immaculately decorated. The area around the property was private with security gates manned 24 hours a day. It was quiet and peaceful. A must consider for your next family vacation in the Disney area.

Sisters week

The place was perfect! Each sister had their own room and own bathroom. Decorated wonderfully! Appreciated that the tubs were shorter as so much easier to get in and out. Very helpful since we ranged in age from 64 - 74. Knees may not bend as easily as before lol. Loved the patio/balcony - very warm and inviting plus the grounds were well kept. Host answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful. Will return if I have a chance! Thanks you from the Edgar sisters!

Amazing

Hello, We had a fantastic stay in this place!! The set up was even better than we had imagined. The kid room was set up super cute with 6 plush animals to keep the kids entertained. Each room had a tv, each bathroom was brand-new-clean and the laundry was easy to figure out. Steven was such a good owner and had great communication during our stay as needed. The state is beautiful and WDW was a quick 15 minutes from the house. Randomly there was one thing that was odd, not related to inside the villa, but as we were driving through the community during the day there was a random security guard who was tracking everyone with a speed gun, not sure what the objective was but just felt odd. Anyway back to the stay... perfect in every way. We loved the super cute patio, Netflix and ability to have a separate tub for my 2yo and shower for mommy!!! I would without hesitation recommend this place to anyone and would be interested in staying here again if we ever return to Orlando. From my happy family to yours... THANK YOU, Shelly

Wonderful Home Away From Home

As far as accommodations go we've done it all while visiting Disney over the years. Our children are young adults now and we prefer to stay off the Disney resort for a little bit of down time after busy days. The villa was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. It truly felt like we were staying at a relatives home. Loved the welcome book as it included loads of useful information. The villa is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. We appreciated being able to pull up directly in front of the villa and not having to deal with valet or a parking garage. We loved the gated community for security. A grocery, shopping, and nice restaurants were all just around the corner. Next time we will have to try out some of the restaurants at Reunion Resort. The check in process was seamless and all instructions were clear prior to arrival. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Disney Parks. We had a wonderful experience and would most definitely reserve this beautiful villa again.

Wonderful stay!

The place was very clean and comfortable. Has all amenities you can think of. Loved the decor! Resort area is beautiful and quiet and very close to Disney. Property owner and manager are very nice to deal with. My daughter left 2 dresses in the closet and once I notified the owner he didn't hesitate to contact the property manager and have them sent to me. Very timely response. Only recommendation I would make is to label the light switches. Little confusing figuring what goes with what. Otherwise wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again when back in the area.
