Welcome to the Stockyards Studio! Located in the heart of Fort Worth, just minutes away from the famous Stockyards, Billy Bob's, Joe T. Garcias and lovely Downtown.

Guest will find a nice place to rest and relax in the AC for those hot days, or a warm cozy place with heat for those cold days. There is a full size bunk bed that sleeps up to 4, and the large couch also folds out to a full size bed sleeping an additional two if needed.

There is a full kitchen with stove, small fridge and freezer, microwave, sink, cookware and dishware. TV swings out so it can be seen while sitting on the couch or laying in either bunk bed. Coffee table is also a fully functional foosball table if you're feeling more on the competitive side.

There is a nice size closet with ironing board and iron so you're not walking around with wrinkled clothes from traveling. The bathroom offers a nice shower with rain shower head to relax. Bathroom comes stocked with wash cloths, hand and body towels, hand soap and toilet paper.

The studio offers private gated parking, as well as street parking for longer vehicles and trailers.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off Ac/heat
Remove all trash bags and trash and place in the trash container outside on the side of the house located to the left when you walk out the front door.
Wash and dry any dishes that have been used. A towel is located in the bottom right cabinet to set the dishes on (on top of stove) and dry before placing back in their original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The studio was nice, updated and clean on the inside. It was a little bit of hassle getting in and out and unlocking gates but it was a convenient location for visiting the stockyards. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a fabulous stay at this little house! We happened to be traveling during the crazy winter storm that ended up shutting down all of Ft Worth the weekend that we were there. Fred was so accommodating, he made sure there was a fully fueled generator with extra space heaters in the house in case the power went out. He also provided shovels and stopped by to salt the ice for us when the ice got really bad. The house was very clean and had plenty of pillows and blankets for our stay. Highly recommend!
