Community amenities include a boat ramp, pickleball and tennis courts, and clubhouse access. Just 900’ across the water is Oconee Springs Park, where you’ll find a sandy beach, floating water park, and a family-friendly general store.

No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
