The Historic Magruder House is a charming farmhouse conveniently located just 7 min away from Downtown Bethesda and 1 minute away from 495. This 4BD, 3BA home is significant to the development of Downtown Bethesda. While historic, the home has been maintained in beautiful condition throughout the years.
