Why they chose this property

I love North Port area and we chose this neighborhood due to warm mineral spring park! When I first came to Florida in 2000, I fell in love with the little mineral lake and how I feel after 2 weeks of vacation, swimming in mineral water every day! It was like miracle to me. I was completely recharged for 2 weeks, rested and ready for a new life. That was the reason we bought a land in the neighborhood and built a house 3 min drive from the warm mineral spring park.

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of my house is that we built it for ourselves to retire in it, and added love to our project!
