Enjoy your vacation days exploring the wonderful Gulf Coast beaches or just relax in this beautiful coastal house and spend your days swimming in your own private pool. Many amazing shops, restaurants and bars, and art galleries in historic town of Venice are just a 5-minute drive away. Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers an 80-acres preserve, which links up with a 10-mile bike trail perfect for biking, walking, or jogging. In addition to walking trails, the park also has a nature center, tennis courts, a playground, and basketball courts.

The house in which you will be staying features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and spending time together. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and has its own spacious bathroom. The entire house is tastefully decorated with a calm coastal feel, making it the perfect location for your family vacation. There are many board games provided to play on rainy days or when simply staying in and wanting to spend time with family or friends.

Enjoy beatiful beaches that are just short drive away or take a dip in a private, spacious and heated pool in a comfort of your private backyard. The wonderful outside patio space surrounded with tropical landscape will be one of your favorite spots. The amazingly cozy seating area next to the pool is perfect for having an evening drink, reading a book, or just relaxing.

The house was lovely. Well stocked and decorated nicely. The only comment I’d have is wishing there were dressers in the rooms. Ample closet space and hangers to hang, but if staying for more than a few days no place to unpack things.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to meet our needs!

Peaceful and comfortable

The property owner is top notch with communication. We had a few very minor issues that I let her know about but overall we very much enjoyed the property and Venice. Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Overpriced and Disappointing

My 3 sisters and I went to Venice for a 6 night getaway. We enjoyed our visit but would not recommend this house. The check in time is very late 5 PM and checkout was 10 AM. The neighborhood was not very nice and the house appeared unappealing from the outside. Definitely could use some attention to landscaping. The interior was clean but we found there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms or mirrors. We chose this house because it had a pool but we could not use the pool because it was green and not clean. Pool company came 1 day but it did not help. Positive things were beach stuff and well stocked kit hen.

Perfect Family Retreat with a Fabulous Pool!

We had a wonderful time staying at this fantastic property! The home is spacious, with four beautifully appointed bedrooms that provided plenty of room for our extended family. Each room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, ensuring everyone had a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The pool was a standout feature of the property. It was impeccably clean, generously sized, and perfect for both relaxing and playing. We enjoyed countless hours lounging by the pool and taking refreshing dips, and the outdoor space was ideal for meals and entertaining. Although the beach was a short drive away, the convenience of having it just minutes from the property was fantastic. It made beach days easy and enjoyable without the hassle of long commutes or crowded parking. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the open living area was perfect for family gatherings. Plus, the Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a nice bonus for staying connected. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. It offered comfort, style, and convenience, making it the perfect spot for our family vacation. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic!

We appreciate last minute booking accommodations which were completed quickly and all online. The first property we booked fell through and when I booked this online it was extremely easy, quick and efficient. The property is absolutely beautiful. It's extremely clean and well maintained. The "pool people" came twice during our stay and we only noticed because the pool was clean and because we were notified via "arrival binder." We were never interrupted or asked for any details... they came and cleaned and left. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of pinot grigio, which was a nice touch. We brought our 3 kids and each got to bring a friend. Age group was 14-19. This place accommodated us perfectly. We didn't want for anything. The house was equipped with any and everything you could ask for, from pool floats and beach wagons to utensils for cooking to paper goods which lasted throughout our stay. This property gets 5 stars for many reasons but #1 simplicity in booking with zero interruptions. We typically rent a golf cart when heading to FL (Ian destroyed our last property) for the kids (and us) to drive. This location is not the best place for golf cart rentals due to high-speed limits. However, there were so many great spots to visit and attractions to see that were within a 5 minute drive. The beach was also a close drive (I prefer oceanfront or walking distance to the beach) but the pros left any cons to be desired. Fantastic property! Would def recommend!

Amazing house

The house is exactly as listed with all the amenities. The property is beautiful and the pool area was exactly what we hoped for. Aga was very communicative, answering all questions in a timely manner. Great location as well. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area. Thanks so much Aga!

Family Trip

This location and home is perfect! Venice was home for us for years and it was so good to be back. Home was very clean and you don’t need to bring anything for the beach, you name it they have it all! Thanks again for letting us stay!

Great Spring Break!

This property was a perfect fit for the size of our family - 5 adults and 2 children under age 3. It was clean and well decorated. The high chair and pack-n-play were indespensible for our youngest. Although we ate out most days the kitchen lacked for nothing. We also really appreciated the supplies of paper towel, toilet paper, detergent etc for our entire stay. Likewise, because we love the beach, of course! we were grateful for the multiple umbrellas, new beach chairs, coolers plus wagon that made beach trips easier. We love the heated pool - an initial hiccup with the heater was addressed immediately. We would prefer to be closer to the beach but we were aware of that when booking this property otherwise we highly recommend!

Family of 8

Overall a nice home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We would have enjoyed pool if if the water temp was warmer. But a nice pool and outdoor area nonetheless. They provided almost anything you would need- they thought of everything down to the boogie boards the kids enjoyed in the ocean. We had 8 family members and it was vey comfortable. You did not feel at all like you were on top of each other. A great stay for my family!

Awesome Beach house

Our experience at the Beach House was amazing. From the fully stocked kitchen to the pool with every beach toy you could imagine plus the bikes, we had everything and more to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here as it is close biking or driving proximity to the beach or restaurants.

Venice get away

My college aged kids stayed with us and their grandmother for the thanksgiving break. This house was perfect for 3 generations!!! We baked and prepared a few side dishes for a family meal, played games and completed puzzles, swam in the pool and relaxed!! Everything we needed was provided! Beds were super comfy! Tons of bikes and supplies for the beach. Seems like the house was very recently remodeled! Would definitely return. Thanks for a great week!

Lovely Home with Great Amenities!

This home has everything you would need for a perfect get-away. The house is up-to-date and very spacious. The host even welcomed us with flowers and a bottle of wine! We enjoyed many days in the pool with every type of floaty you can think of! Would recommend!!!!

Wonderful house and pool!

This house was completely redone on the inside and was beautifully decorated. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked in terms of pots, pans dishes, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, grill tools, etc. There was a very nice washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. The four bedrooms were beautiful and the master with bathroom was separated from the other 3 bedrooms. The family room had a big TV and the family room was stocked with games for kids and adults. We loved the heated pool. The temperature of the water in the pool was the warmest I have seen at a private rental home. We had two very cool days but we swam in the pool anyway and didn't get cold (until we got out and were hit by the breeze). One great feature of the house was the tankless water heater so we could take showers and do laundry and not run out of hot water. The owners provided so many pool toys that were good for kids and adults. One of the bathrooms had a door that led directly to the pool so we didn't have to track water through the house. We had everything we needed to go to the beach- beach towels, wagon beach chairs, cooler, beach toys. We went to Venice Beach and it was very nice and was about 10 minutes away. There were bicycles and helmets in the garage and we rode our bikes to the nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center. The kids loved the playground. The owner was very responsive to emails with my questions. I would love to go back to this house in the future!

Highly recommend this property. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy vacation minus groceries of course. Easy to find as well. 5-10 minute drive to the beach depending on traffic.

Fantastic Rental!!!

We had 8 adults and a 3 yr old staying comfortably together for a week. The rental came with plenty of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas along with a cooler so we didn’t have to worry about buying anything. There were bicycles and helmets for us to use as well. The pool was definitely a big hit and had tons of toys, noodles and floaties for us to use. The owners were quick to respond when we needed to reach out to them. We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back to stay at this house again!!!

Fantastic house!

Pool in back was perfect. My family was amazed the minute we arrived. They all said this was their favorite beach house so far, although it's not directly on the beach. The style and flow of the house are great, but the owner went the extra mile to ensure everything is there- from beach accessories, bikes, pool toys, etc. I've been to other houses that didn't even include paper towels! Other than spices we wouldn't have used this house lacks nothing (they had salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil). Biking to Shamrock Park was nice. Be sure to stay off main road as much as possible. Enjoyed Manasota Beach and found it not too crowded on July 4th. Rented a boat at Venice Boat Rental and had a blast!!!! Went to several great seafood restaurants, but Bada Bings and Yummies Donuts were surprisingly excellent too (get the Sticky Pig- trust me). No criticism here....we'd all be happy to go back!
