This unit is located on the 1st floor. If you are needing more space & we have availability, It's a Brick...House on the 2nd floor is available at a greatly discounted rate if you book both.

The historic town of Cascade, IA has a lot to offer, from festivals, tasty restaurants, grocery store, & a Dollar General. It's just 2 minutes from Riverview Ridge River Tubes & Kayaks. The condo is only 20 miles from Dubuque, IA & 15 minutes from Dyersville, IA. The tranquil setting invites you to unwind, while the enjoyable layout ensures comfort throughout your stay. Very nicely remodeled farm house. I love the views of farm ground in that area. I was sceptical of the bed but surprisingly I actually slept great. We had an awesome weekend with all the grand kids.
