House was clean. Lovely neighborhood. Thankful for golf cart to get to beach. Pool was nice. Outside had some junk and clutter. Front step cracked and dangerous. Upstairs half bath toilet leaks. Back porch needed cleaning. Needs new pans/skillets. They looked old, burnt and overused. Bbq grill (in garage) was dirty so we decided not to use. Door handle fell off but a service man came and fixed it.

This house worked well for 2 families with kids aged 7 to 13. Might be trickier if all the kids were much younger. The pool was close to walk. It was wonderful that the golf cart was included, so no separate negotiations or contracts. Had to make 2 trips, but that was easy enough. Since it was summer, we never used the hot tub. All the communication was really easy through the app.
