FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION

Main Level: The first floor features an open-concept layout with stylish coastal decor and plenty of seating, making it easy for the whole group to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up breakfast or a seafood feast. Step outside to the private patio to start your day with fresh air or unwind after a afternoon at the pool.

Second Floor: All sleeping quarters are located on the second level. The Primary Suite is a spacious retreat with a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second guest room features a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom is a "bunk room" dream, featuring a Pyramid bunk (Full on bottom, Twin on top) plus a Twin trundle bed. A second full bathroom and laundry area are also located on this floor.

LINEN PACKAGE

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.


MISCELLANEOUS

-The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

-There is parking for 1 vehicle.

-This home is pet friendly and allows one dog weighing up to 50lbs, for an additional fee of $250.00.

-No smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
