Welcome to the beautifully renovated Casa Azul at Cedar Creek Lake! Nestled on 3 acres of serene lake view property, our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is the ultimate destination for families and groups seeking a rejuvenating getaway. Unwind in the hot tub with lake views or fire pit under the stars, watch your favorite films in the private cinema, and let the kids be kids with a 10-foot slide. Gather in the spacious open living area and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located just 1 hour from Dallas, 1.5 hours from Fort Worth, and 3.5 hours from Austin, Casa Azul offers the perfect balance of relaxation, entertainment, and lakeside adventure. Plus, with nearby attractions in Gun Barrel, Canton, Ennis, and Terrell, you can easily explore the surrounding areas from the comfort of your home away from home.

Please note: Like many lake homes, Casa Azul may have some minor foundation issues. However, we assure you that they will not interfere with your enjoyment of our spectacular property.

We do ask that all guests respect the quiet hours after 10pm, as we have a neighbor who is sensitive to noise. Other than that, we encourage you to indulge in all that Casa Azul has to offer for an unforgettable experience.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
PETS. The Host will allow pets. Please be mindful of their scratching of the floors and pick up after them outside.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
