New construction. Check-in is all online. Checkout is easy. Nice location close to Miramar beach with private parking and then walk across the street. Rinse station at the parking area. Lazy river was perfect day or night. Pools are heated so an afternoon shower won't make the pool cold. Used the BBQ area almost every day. Bring your own towels! None in the unit. Very basic kitchen, no spices or salt or pepper but everything to cook a small meal.Plenty of towels for showering. Bring toiletries. May need trash bags if staying a few days. Not supplied other than starter. Clean unit. Washer and dryer are very handy.Comfortable bedding. Pullout sofa bed is short. If over 5ft tall you will hang off.NEED BLACKOUT BLINDS IN MASTER! The light from the walkway was miserable if you are light sensitive. 3am felt like 10am.It was a Comfortable unit for 5 people. Patio has a nice breeze during the day. Sometimes the upstairs neighbors can be heard but not an issue. Family wants to come again.
