▪️ This property may have routine maintenance during your stay, including pool service. If your reservation includes a Thursday or Friday, a pool technician may visit the property to clean and maintain the pool. These visits are typically brief and limited to the outdoor pool area only. The technician will not enter the home.
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices on property. For guest safety and property security, there are 4 active exterior security cameras on the property: a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance, a camera facing outside from the kitchen area, a camera monitoring the driveway near the stock room, and a camera monitoring the pool area exit door. These cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside guest living spaces or private areas. Any additional cameras visible on the property are non-operational and are for display purposes only.

▪️ The pool is deep, approximately 12 feet at its deepest point. Please ensure all non-swimmers and children use appropriate flotation devices and are supervised at all times.
▪️ Lost key not placed back in lockbox at check-out will incur a $50 fee.
▪️ Please do not lower the thermostat below 70°F, as doing so may cause the HVAC system to malfunction. For additional comfort, ceiling fans are available throughout the home, including all bedrooms and the patio.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply. We will charge an additional $50 per person per night after 4 guest. Maximum capacity disclosed in the listing is the max limit.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking, vaping, or use of electronic cigarettes within the property’s interior; these are only allowed outside. If evidence of smoking inside the property is found, there will be an additional charge of $500 to have professional cleaning done.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Excessive noise is prohibited. Penalty is $1,000 if neighbors complain and caught by the Nevada licensing.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises, block mailboxes, or cause any disturbances. Use the driveway and available street parking only.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Paper towels, feminine products, or wipes of any type will cause plumbing blockage that can lead to sewage backflow. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. Lost key not placed back in lockbox at check-out will incur a $50 fee.
