Summer Stay

We loved staying at this property. It is a perfect location right on the strand and walking distance to tons of bars/restaurants. The place itself is well taken care of and plenty of space for 2-4 people to stay. We loved watching the beach volleyball right outside our living room window. The workout unit and bike garage were great. Also there is beach chairs and umbrellas to go set up on the beach. Suzanne is a great host and extremely hands on if any issues come up, they will get resolved right away. Highly recommend.

Great ground floor rental right on the Strand!

Great location! Right on the Strand. Walkable to the pier and local shops. Enjoyed many meals watching the Beautiful view of the sunset through the front portrait window. Window cleaners come weekly. On the ground floor, no steps except for the 3rd room. The outside patio with benches, shared grill was a bonus. 3 large beds and large reclining sofa/couch. 2 bathrooms with showers. Awesome huge washer & dryer! Incredible heater/air conditioning unit in each room (with individual remote.) Large fridge/freezer. Lots of cabinet/drawer space throughout the rental. Nice to have One parking spot for small car. Very fast WiFi which was helpful for work. Property manager/owner very responsive. Our family definitely enjoyed our stay at Hermosa Oasis!

I highly recommend this rental for a family getaway. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it wes large enough for our family of 7. The beach was at our door step and we loved to BBQ. We walked everywhere, no real need for a car, since all the restaurants and shops were closeby. The building is quiet and very well kept. We look forward to returning again next year. We highly recommend this home, as we believe your family will love it as much as we did.

Why they chose this property

My family has been offering fine-furnished rentals at Hermosa Oasis since the late 60s. As of the early 2000s, we decided to rent our apartment furnished exclusively, so we remodeled all of our homes and updated the exteriors of each one. I take pride in knowing we have welcomed hundreds of guests over the past years and generations within my family. Over these years, we have never had anything less than five stars. We also welcomed VRBO as guests at Hermosa Oasis, and they have given us beautiful reviews. It's uncommon to have a VRBO guest once, yet we have welcomed VRBO twice! Hermosa Oasis is located on The Strand and is a beautiful 21-mile-long "Boardwalk" where you can ride a bike, walk or sit on the Hermosa Oasis patio and people watch. Hermosa Oasis is just a few blocks North of The Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza, where you may enjoy a mecca of excellent dining, fantastic shopping, and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

Few Hermosa homes have oceanfront patios. While at Hermosa Oasis, you will enjoy BBQs and relaxation. After a long beach day, relax with a glass of wine or a cold beer. Nowhere else may you do this along The Strand unless you stay in a beachfront home. All our homes are ready for you to enjoy. Many guests come back every year.
