Needs a little workThe house was nice and clean. The furnishings were very nice.The two cars parked underneath the house smelled of gasoline and oil and was totally unexpectedI will mention a word of caution do not lean against the railings as they do need some maintenance in risk of falling is greatThe property is essentially located. The check-in process was excellent. The owner was incredibly nice. Just the property needs a little TLC.

I take all safety concerns seriously, and appreciate the guest calling it to my attention as it has never been mentioned by anyone in 6 years of renting. However, the railing is safe and secure, so I'm not sure why he made the comment he did. Nor am I sure why he tried to avoid payment for the pet fee and cleaning fee while he was there, forcing me to have VRBO intervene and invoice him prior to his last night's stay. This was not a good experience. Unsure what he meant by "gas and oil smell." My cleaner didn't notice any odors on their checkout day. Chalk it up to an unfortunate experience with the type of person you hope never to have to do business with again.
