Overall the condo was nice, but definitely needing painting and a refresh. Decor and beds were ok, though living room could use better lighting. Supplies were adequate.

Mr. Nick is a very good host. Small internet problem he fixed immediately. The condo is very clean. Well stocked. Umbrellas are newish at pool. The grills need replacing. However, there is a charcoal grill if you are inclined. Easy walk to beautiful beach. We walked in the morning, sunned during the day, beautiful sunsets in the late afternoon. Great show put on by nature- dolphins, pelicans, seabirds and jumping mullet! Parkin on site. Use the elevators to load and unload.

The stay was great. Apartment in good condition. 2 bedroom an 2 full bath independent each one, balcony, full kitchen...and only steps to the beach, crossing the street. Swimming pool clean and barbecue area...

Family Getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was a nice and close walk to the beach. We enjoyed going to the beach every day and also taking a few dips in the pool!

Perfect space, walking path to the beach was close and such a nice perk. The pool area is beautifully lanscaped and the pool was clean and refreshing. I cooked most meals there, kitchen was well equipped. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Great location

Nice property and great location. Unit is in need of an updating. It also needs to be cleaned properly. Floors were sticky and a very dirty vibe throughout the whole unit. Not bad if a group of guys there. The ladies would not be impressed.

A little dated

Right on refrigerator says we would have garbage bags 2 bars of soap and laundry detergent. We had none of these things . The master bedroom the molding behind the bed was filthy so if I was the owner I would not be happy . The blinds do not close the balcony door lock hard to operate . The closet where the chairs and the wagon was a mess . You opened closet door and everything fell out I cleaned it and made it look a lot nicer . The umbrellas are too small and one was broken and the chairs are circa 1970 . All I. All it was a nice stay but that complex needs a major facelift and refurbishment

Great host. Amazing Marco Island location.

Nick was very responsive. His place was convenient with a short walk to a semi-private beach. The water in the Gulf of Mexico was hotter than a bath tub and the white sand was full of shells. For great coffee go to Wake-up Marco.

Great location. Quick walk to the beach. A lot of the beach chairs were rusted and there were tiny ants in the condo. Other than that it was good.

Great Place on Marco Island

We stayed for 4-nights over the memorial day weekend and it ended up being a great place to stay, simply relax, and enjoy the beach. Plenty of room for just the two of us (would be fine for four people). Everything was as advertised and what we expected with one exception - the selection of beach equipment was OUTSTANDING. plenty of chairs, umbrellas, you name it. Much more than I expected. The pool was very nice and it is just a short walk along the private path across the street to access the beach. Fairly close to groceries, we tend to eat-in for most meals. Overall it was very comfortable and relaxing. We would certainly recommended and stay again if we visited Marco Island again

As advertised!

Nick’s condo was exactly as advertised! 3 min to the beach (we timed it!), tons of towels and beach toys, stocked kitchen for easy cooking at home. Great location and Nick was super quick to respond and very nice. Overall great experience!

Great location!!

The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was nice and we used the grills in the pool area. The condo matched the pictures, check in and out was easy, small kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Just a few a few dust bunnies around in a couple spots. Overall good stay!

Recommend fo Location, Value & Accommodation

We were very pleased with our stay. Nick communicated prior to our arrival to go over check-in procedures and answer any of our questions. Easy walk to beach, many provisions available (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, as well as kitchen ( coffee, cold drinks and service items). Excellent Value! We would return.

Great stay on Marco Island

Everything was great about the property- fully stocked beach gear, covered parking, location, and the space in general. My literal only complaint is that when we checked in, there was a third of roll of toilet paper to share between the 2 bathrooms. Definitely not a deal breaker and I'd stay here again.

Two Weeks on Marco Island

Condo was a comfortable “beach unit”. Previous tenants checked out late which likely prevented the cleaning crew from doing their normal job. Food was left in the freezer and the cupboard. Floors were not fully swept. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Contacted the owner on a couple of TV questions and an internet problem and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. Condo complex was nice and pool was great. Very short private walk to the beach. Furniture is very basic and decor is pleasant. a A/C and appliances worked great. A whole closet full of beach chairs and beach items was in the unit. Unit was pretty much “as advertised”.

One of the best vacations we’ve had!

Property owner was so fast to respond and extremely accommodating. Everything was just as he said it would be. The condo is clean and has everything you need.
