All guests renting private villas or apartments must register with the Villa Owners Club upon arrival. This property is in a private community, and identification will be requested from all guests for access. Daily rates per person are $30 per adult (12 years and older), $15 per child (ages 4–12), and free for children under 4 years old. (Note: Rates increased to $30/adult and $15/child effective February 1, 2026.)
