However, I want to sincerely apologize again for the frustration regarding the pool and spa heater. We know how much of a 'must' that is for a great vacation. Please know that after you notified us on Tuesday, we contacted several suppliers immediately to source the necessary parts; unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we simply couldn't get them delivered and installed before your departure on Saturday. As a small boutique firm run by four families, we take these issues to heart and hate that we couldn't resolve this in time for you.
