SUN DRENCHED LUXURY VILLA ON THE CÔTE D'AZUR with pool, bar, bbq area, AC, & gym

As its name, ‘mas’, suggests, it was originally a farmhouse, built in 1745 and planted with a terraced olive grove.

The Villa and guest house are now well-appointed and lovingly furnished to accommodate up to 13 guests. The section, the house and pool area has sun all day long and gets the beautiful late afternoon in the back courtyard, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine.

Font Joie is immensely quiet and peaceful, set in approximately an acre of terraced grounds, with a lovely Pool and a well-equipped Pool House for drinks and barbecues and sharing one ( or two ) glasses of the many locally produced wines in the summer evenings.

The town of Grasse is considered the world’s capital of perfume and is most known for it’s three perfumeries, Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard who opened their doors to the public and offer free tours that explain the processes of producing a perfume. It’s even possible to create one’s own perfume, eau de perfume or eau de toilette and participate in all stages of manufacture from picking flowers to bottling. Why would you not!


With it’s large 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this makes villa Font Joie your ideal home away from home on the Côte d’Azur.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance hallway – with doors leading to the Sitting Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. There’s a Safe on the wall, near the front door which can be used by tenants.

LOUNGE ROOM: a large sunny 2 levelled room, with south-east facing windows and two pairs of french doors opening to the sun drenched terrace, overlooking the garden and incredible view of the rolling hills. The room has a large, working fireplace in one corner, and the room is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a wide-screen smart TV.

DINING ROOM – a bright room with a beamed ceiling, a flagstone floor. French doors that open onto the rear garden. Exquisite area to catch the late afternoon sun and enjoy a glass of wine or two! Large table that seats.

KITCHEN – leading off the Dining Room, with bright tiling, a flagstone floor, fully equipped with everything you need to keep friends and family fed. ( should you need a chef for the duration of your stay please inform us prior to booking )

FULLY EQUIPPED GYM
Our gym has everything you need from squat machines, bench press, free weights, ab machines, spinning technogym bike and much more.

SAUNA
We have a small red light sauna, perfect for after a hard workout.

The villa is air-conditioned and has a fully equipped gym and sauna.

Check-in times are from 3pm to 10pm. Later then 10pm will need to be pre-arranged.
Check out time is 10am

We can organise the following to make your stay more enjoyable.
- Private drivers or airport transfers
- Private chef for a night to cook for you at the villa
- Kids bounce castles to have for a few days during your stay

No parties or weddings on the property.
