Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom condo in Punta Gorda. The space features a queen and 2 twin beds, perfect for a small group or family. Guests enjoy ground floor direct access to pool heated well into the 80s and a canal for fishing. Condo has two full bathrooms, master equipped with assistant grab bars at the toilet and walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully appointed, large refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, range, coffee pot and microwave. This 18 unit complex has welcoming neighbors ready to suggest restaurants and local adventures.
Punta Gorda is a small walkable and bikeable town with a wonderful Saturday morning farmers market. Gilchrist Park is a large waterside park with pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts along with a children’s playground, a Harborview walkway and a place where musicians gather for pickup jam sessions. Ponce de Leon park has a great white beach, docks for fishing and a playground. This is the perfect location for an amazing Florida sunset!
