Designed for full time living, this condo has an abundance of kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, dedicated work area with monitor, excellent wi-fi, and Roku TV. 15 ft ceiling height and windows leading to the deck bring the outside in without sacrificing privacy. Great views from the deck. The decor is mostly Polynesian in keeping with the original architectural intention. 3 pools are available in the complex, the grounds are very well maintained, easy parking near the unit.
