Situé à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Palm Springs cette maison est situé dans un quartier résidentiel haut de gamme. Courte distance à World Class Golf, Tennis, restaurants et magasins.

Cette maison Indian Wells est vain sur une base à court ou à long terme. Si vous cherchez ordinaire, cette maison ne est pas pour vous !. La maison a été aménagée avec goût pour votre plaisir de vacances de luxe. Nous sommes fiers également d'une belle piscine privée et bain à remous extérieur. Pour compléter, vous trouverez également un foyer extérieur trop pour profiter des soirées dans la cour arriÚre privée entiÚrement clÎturée. Patio extérieur élégant et meubles de piscine complÚtent les beaux jardins paysagers privés.


Décor élégant partout. Nous sommes situés à seulement 2 min de l'intersection de l'autoroute 111 et Eldorado. Indian Wells est situé entre Palm Desert et La Quinta communautés de golf. Los Angeles juste deux heures à l'ouest, Disneyland est de 90 min et San Diego est tout 2. 5 heures en voiture. Ce est une maison de 1Úre classe pour profiter de vos vacances désert.

Great stay

The house was super nice and clean. It is in a safe neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were nicely heated for us to to relax in. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Celebrating Milestone Birthday’s with Girlfriends

The house has several cozy hang out areas inside the house and outside. Made for great shady areas too! Fun decor, pool awesome with sun umbrellas that have stands in the pool step. Close to shopping, dining, theater, hiking, biking

Exceptional vacation home

We enjoyed this exceptional home once again & will return! The kitchen is fully stocked..the beds are fantastic with beautiful bedding & the pool made this a beautiful week! Excellent walking score & close to everything!

Clean, quiet, modern house in nice neighborhood

We had an excellent stay and highly recommend Andrew's lovely house. We were there for the tennis (BNP Paribas Open) and the distance (2 mi) to the Tennis Garden was perfect (away from traffic; close to the venue). We used both the bikes that Andrew has as well as a couple we rented (Triabike; would recommend them, as well). Place is clean, quiet and up to date. Overall, a fabulous time!

Great stay in Indian Wells

We had an excellent experience at this property. It's well-kept, and communication was seamless with the owner and the property manager. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard with a pool and jacuzzi that were not overly chlorinated like we've found with some properties. We loved the grapefruit tree and had a lot of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice using the provided juicer. Quiet neighborhood that was nice to walk around in. Close to shopping areas including El Paseo. We thought the price was good for what you get. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

This home was exactly what we needed for a nice get away. The property was as beautiful as in the photos and was very comfortable. The check in was quite easy and Joe was great. All amenities were there and awesome. We would definitely come back to this home and hope to next year!

Best Vacation Home

We have stayed in various vacation homes across the States and this is by far our favorite one. The house is set up perfectly for our family with two little ones. The pool area is beautiful. The whole thing is so dreamy. We will be booking again shortly to return next year! Oh and Andrew and Joe are fabulous to deal with!

Amazing Beautiful Home

The house is GORGEOUS, in a beautiful area of La Quinta with a swimming pool to die for on an enormous lot. Plenty of space inside and out. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and my family and I never wanted to leave. Plenty of pool toys, bicycles, television with cable in every room, 2 fireplaces and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Paradise!

Spectacular Desert Getaway

Lovely home in Indian Wells - a perfect location for exploring the Coachella Valley and all it has to offer. With a mid-century aesthetic this well appointed home was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated the outside pool and spa area with multiple areas for sitting and relaxing. Truly a special property and we look forward to a return visit.

Our 3rd Stay - Still Great!

This was our 3rd stay in 3 years at this wonderful property. It remains a great location in Indian Wells within a quiet neighborhood. You are within 15 minutes of virtually anything you need. The outdoor space is amazing with a great pool that we enjoyed each and every day. Relaxing in the hot tub at night under the stars without any noise around you is very memorable. The indoors comes with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. We can't wait to come back yet again!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family has stayed at this house many times and it is always wonderful! The reservation process is very smooth and the owner responds quickly to emails. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and explained everything about the house, and was also available during our stay for any other questions. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It is as in the pictures and is very clean and modern. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed it as much as our kids! The kitchen had everything we needed and there is also a barbeque. It is always a pleasure to return to this house, and we hope to stay here again on our next vacation to California.
