Luxe et entiÚrement rénové la maison 1 niveau 3 chambres (6 personnes) dans le secteur recherché aprÚs Indian Wells loc. Situé à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Palm Springs cette maison est situé dans un quartier résidentiel haut de gamme. Courte distance à World Class Golf, Tennis, restaurants et magasins.

Cette maison Indian Wells est vain sur une base à court ou à long terme. Si vous cherchez ordinaire, cette maison ne est pas pour vous !. La maison a été aménagée avec goût pour votre plaisir de vacances de luxe. Nous sommes fiers également d'une belle piscine privée et bain à remous extérieur. Pour compléter, vous trouverez également un foyer extérieur trop pour profiter des soirées dans la cour arriÚre privée entiÚrement clÎturée. Patio extérieur élégant et meubles de piscine complÚtent les beaux jardins paysagers privés.


Décor élégant partout. Nous sommes situés à seulement 2 min de l'intersection de l'autoroute 111 et Eldorado. Indian Wells est situé entre Palm Desert et La Quinta communautés de golf. Los Angeles juste deux heures à l'ouest, Disneyland est de 90 min et San Diego est tout 2. 5 heures en voiture. Ce est une maison de 1Úre classe pour profiter de vos vacances désert.

Autres caractéristiques de cette maison comprennent une cuisine idéale fabuleux pour le cuisinier gastronomique! Barbecue à gaz, MM pour garder au frais les jours chauds. The house has several cozy hang out areas inside the house and outside. Made for great shady areas too! Fun decor, pool awesome with sun umbrellas that have stands in the pool step. Close to shopping, dining, theater, hiking, biking

Great stay

The house was super nice and clean. It is in a safe neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were nicely heated for us to to relax in. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, modern house in nice neighborhood

We had an excellent stay and highly recommend Andrew's lovely house. We were there for the tennis (BNP Paribas Open) and the distance (2 mi) to the Tennis Garden was perfect (away from traffic; close to the venue). We used both the bikes that Andrew has as well as a couple we rented (Triabike; would recommend them, as well). Place is clean, quiet and up to date. Overall, a fabulous time!

Great stay in Indian Wells

We had an excellent experience at this property. It's well-kept, and communication was seamless with the owner and the property manager. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard with a pool and jacuzzi that were not overly chlorinated like we've found with some properties. We loved the grapefruit tree and had a lot of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice using the provided juicer. Quiet neighborhood that was nice to walk around in. Close to shopping areas including El Paseo. We thought the price was good for what you get. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei einem kleinen Problemchen hat der Gastgeber sofort reagiert und es gelöst. Wir haben den Pool genossen. Das Haus ist uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter zu empfehlen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Amazing Beautiful Home

The house is GORGEOUS, in a beautiful area of La Quinta with a swimming pool to die for on an enormous lot. Plenty of space inside and out. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and my family and I never wanted to leave. Plenty of pool toys, bicycles, television with cable in every room, 2 fireplaces and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Paradise!

This is my second time staying at Andrew and Jill’s place, (July 2021 and July 2022). This home never disappoints! We spent very restful days lounging by the pool, cooking in the chefs kitchen or entertaining our friends at many of the local restaurants (Porta Villa near Paseo becoming one of our local favorites). The home is well equipped, comfortable for families and close to excellent shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, museums and golfing. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 min to downtown Palm Springs along Highway 111. Andrew is very easy to get in touch with and communication with the property manager, Laura, was a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back next year as well. Thank you Andrew and Jill!

Simply. Amazing.

What a beautiful oasis in Indian Wells! This home exudes comfort, beauty, and amenities. Open layout with a large common area flanked on each end with the bedrooms. Andrew and Jill thought of everything to make our visit a seamless one. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open kitchen for cooking as well as the ample seating for television viewing. The location was perfect for our tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden just 2 miles away. Palm Springs was about 25 minutes away. Loved staying here and would highly recommend to others to rent this beautiful home.
