Great place to stay while in town for my son’s graduation from Fort Leonard Wood. Home was clean, check in was easy, host was super helpful in answering questions I had prior to arrival. My boys enjoyed the air hockey table, and we saw deer during our visit! The beds were comfortable and due to how late we checked in because of our flight time/airport drive and how early we had to leave the next morning, we were really grateful for the Keurig coffee pods!

Mattresses in 2 smaller rooms were hard. Would’ve been nice to have some outdoor seating. Other than that it was just as advertised.

Excellent stay, plenty of space, and great host, great location and affordable.The only thing is the room with the bunk beds doesn't get very much heat, the vents are open but not much flow coming in Maybe put a space heater or have vents checked

We were happy with interior, very clean and tidy. The neighborhood had us a bit worried at first, some empty houses and rough looking properties. But, no one bothered us and after exploring area more, we could see this neighborhood was on the fringe of some very nice homes and kind of an “up and coming” neighborhood. Groceries and other conveniences very near.

The home was very clean and actually quite spacious for a smaller looking home. The king bed I slept on was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! The owners had everything there that we needed. The only thing that would have been nice is if the ice maker worked in the refrigerator, but we had bottled water so it was really no big deal. They even provided a brand new queen air mattress for extra guests at no added charge! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the house again!

Overall, it was great staying here. We slept well and enjoyed seeing deer walking through the front yard. The air hockey table was very fun. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is the water pressure and the lack of kitchen items/utensils. The bathtubs did not have drain stoppers so we could not fill them up. And the water pressure in the bathtubs was like a drizzle. However, the owner was very responsive in all communication and the closeness to Fort Leonard Wood was ideal.

I was able to communicate very well with the host. This was a new or appeared new rental. My husband liked the master bed room bed and said it was soft and comfortable. My son slept in the 2nd bedroom and said that he was pleasantly surprised at the firmness of his bed. I thought the couch was comfortable and glad that the WiFi and Roku worked well for us. They have added an air hokey table and I was surprised that the pictures don’t really do it justice to the rental. The heating was quiet and the place was clean. You do have the basics(pots, pans, bowls, silverware, etc., and are not to far from the main gate and secondary gate at Ft. Leonard Wood. Thank you for the use of your property.

I have absolutely no complaints. Very reasonably priced. Great location and though I live in a rural area, the deer in the vacant lot amazed me. I needed a crock pot during our stay, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. The air hockey table was a hit with the family When we have to come back to the area - I will definitely be renting again.

The home was clean and spacious; basic amenities were available. Board games and the air hockey table were a hit! Water pressure in the kitchen wasn’t great, but better in the bathrooms. Stoppers for taking a bath would be nice, as would table lamps in the living room and bedrooms. There’s not a lot of space to set out personal items but it’s not a deal breaker. The double bed is VERY firm. Would be nice to have water & ice through the fridge….or some ice trays. There’s a step down into the kitchen, with a board running on the floor, so those with mobility issues (or small children) should take note; that said, our 2 year-old adapted pretty quickly. One really cool feature is that a neighbor has been feeding deer in his yard for 30 years, so if you’re respectful of their space, you can get a pretty close encounter with up to 19 deer! The location is good, with plenty to do and quick access to Ft. Leonard Wood. Overall, a positive experience.
