The basement has 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a second kitchen, second living room and dining table and a second laundry unit.

**** PLEASE NOTE ****
The basement has its own separate entrance at the side of the home. To access the basement, you would need to enter through the side entrance. There is NO direct access to the basement from within the main floor.

The benefit of this is that the basement is completely private and independent. Families who are traveling in larger groups may appreciate the extra level of privacy with a secondary and independent basement unit.
