[B] Cozy Home by East Ocean View

This home is a duplex and a listing for Unit B. This cozy duplex is separated by a wall and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is only a short drive to Ocean View Beach. Fully furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. Perfect for a group of friends or small families!

Our home was renovated this year, and those items that have been replaced include the following:

1. New heating and cooling system with central air and heating.

2. New open floor concepts downstairs with a kitchen with full-size appliances ( stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer).

3. Fully furnished throughout and includes two bedrooms upstairs.

4. We provide towels and bed linens for guests as well as a Keurig coffee bar and tea, and bottled water.

5. We kindly ask guests to leave their pets at home. If a pet is registered as a service animal, we will need to see documentation before checking in.

6. Noise: Per City of Norfolk ordinances for short-term rental properties, noise detectors are required in every home. Our device is located in the living area downstairs. It only has the capabilities of detecting noise levels beyond a certain decibel level. It does not have any capabilities to take photos. We do have security cameras outside.

7. We offer our guests a self-check-in with an electronic lock. A code will be sent to guests before the check-in day. Touch the screen to show the keypad. Enter the code and wait for the lock to release. Press down on the handle to open. When leaving, close the door and tap the screen, and touch the lock icon to activate the lock.

8. We are available to answer questions and handle any issues regarding maintenance or any other relevant event. Aside from that, we allow our guests the opportunity to enjoy their stay without interference from us, the hosts.

9. Parties: As required by City of Norfolk ordinances, we are limited to 4 people per Unit. This is unit A & B. Guests are not permitted to host any parties or get-togethers where additional people would be expected to attend. We do not want neighbors to be disturbed. Plus, we do not have extra parking spaces. We are limited to two cars per unit.

10. Our home is an attached dwelling, and sounds can travel much more easily in this type of home. Please be mindful and do not disturb the neighbors.
