Four bathrooms include both bathtubs and showers, making your stay even more enjoyable. The house features air conditioning and heating to keep guests comfortable year-round. Whether you’re freshening up with the hair dryer or ironing your favorite outfit, you’ll find everything you need. This delightful home offers a superb setting for a memorable getaway. Experience the magic of Thousand Oaks at our house. Centrally located within an hour of Los Angeles, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Santa Barbara. And one of the safest towns in California. Beautiful home with chef's kitchen dining room room, two living rooms. Large grassy play area with large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, IR sauna, running water waterslide from Jacuzzi into the pool. Games like ping pong, badminton, volleyball, tether ball, bags, cornhole, pool toys and some exercise equipment.. Recently painted and remodeled. Each room has its own empty closet. Kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and spices. Refrigerator has condiments, etc. available if needed. Extra refrigerator in the laundry room that is empty and available if needed. This is my home half of the year, but fresh linens ect are provided. Lovable black lab Willy and chickens in coop might be on the 3/4 acre property. If an issue, please inquire.
