Opening of the Wustrower wave in April 2020!Take some time out and experience a wonderful holiday in the modern holiday apartment Wustrower Welle in a unique location, between the Baltic Sea and Bodden, on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the historic maritime school in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been lovingly renovated in recent years and will reopen in April 2020. The modern 63m² apartment on the 1st The upper floor of the maritime school can be reached via an elevator and has a south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Saaler Bodden and the flooded Bodden meadows. Here you can enjoy the sun all day and watch boats passing by on the bay. The 3m² balcony is accessible from the bedroom and has a dining table with two chairs. The 2-room vacation apartment in a stand-house style offers space for 2 people. Here you can spend a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. The high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The living area with its cozy sofa bed and armchair invites you to spend relaxing hours together. The harmoniously coordinated furniture, the murals and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (46 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi available in the apartment. The open NOLTE - built-in kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for an evening menu with numerous cooking accessories. A large dining table and 4 chairs in light brown invite you to linger. The light-flooded bedroom is kept in modern white and brown. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The sideboard and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. In the early morning you can enjoy the view with a cup of coffee on your balcony. There is a dressing area adjacent to the bedroom, where the wardrobe with safe offers sufficient storage space for valuables. The large bathroom with underfloor heating impresses with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a vanity unit. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience in the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. An underground parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks on the Baltic Sea beach. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters. Please note that these are visualized pictures of the apartment, as the maritime school is being lovingly renovated. From April 2020, this apartment will be available for your beach vacation.
