Your perfect retreat for game day, family gatherings, or a peaceful escape. This home features four bedrooms, a full bath, a half bath, and a fully stocked kitchen. The secluded backyard offers direct park access, a covered patio with seating for 8, and a 75” Roku TV. Inside, the main floor living room comfortably seats 8 and includes another 75” Roku TV, ideal for relaxing. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, with dog-friendly park trails right behind the property.

The space
All four bedrooms and full bath are located on the second story of the house. Each bedroom is equipped with a 50" Roku TV. All TVs have YouTube TV.

On the main level you'll find a dedicated office/den workspace that doubles as a cozy living room, providing a secluded retreat from the main gathering areas and easy access to the two story deck / outdoor living room.

On the lower level is second full living room with couch seating for 8 and a 75" Roku TV. There is also a second full size refridgerator.

We offer complimentary level 2 EV charging. The connector is J-1772. We do not offer any adapters. Please be sure to bring your own if necessary.

The house has a partially finished walkout basement. A full-size washer and dryer and second full size refrigerator are available on this level.

Please note: we are happy to host you and your pup! This home backs up to a residential park with dog friendly trails. We do charge a $100 per pet fee for your stay (maximum of two pets). Please indicate when you are booking the number of pets you will be bringing.

We have a well-stocked coffee station featuring a Keurig, a drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle. We provide a variety of K cups, locally roasted coffee and an assortment of teas.

**Outdoor Quiet Hours & Consideration for Neighbors**

We love sharing our beautiful outdoor space with our guests! The patio, deck, and fire pit area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. However, to be respectful of our neighbors, we ask that all guests follow these quiet hours:

**After 9:00 PM – Please keep voices and any outdoor noise at a respectful level.
**After 11:00 PM – We kindly ask that all outdoor activities move inside to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Noise Monitoring
To ensure we maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and guests, we use outdoor noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the volume of sound—they do not record audio.

Guest access
You have access to the entire home (other than the garage and part of the unfinished basement), off street parking for four cars as well as ample on street parking (it's a very quiet street).
