*******Please ensure that ALL guests are aware of the following House Rules:*********

******We kindly ask to respect our quiet hours between 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.
******Any additional unaccounted overnight guests not on the reservation will be an additional fee of $50 per person per night regardless of age.
******Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside or around the property. ($500 fee)
*****Do NOT unplug any plugged in devices in or around the home.
*****Fire extinguisher has been placed under the sink.
****Please do not throw large food particles down the garbage disposal, and do not pour oil or grease down the kitchen sinks.
****When using the dishwasher, drop the dish tab at the bottom of the dishwasher as the dish tab dispenser door does not always open.
*****Please do not flush any other sanitary items in the toilet other than toilet paper.
****Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture. This includes couches and beds.
*****Pets are NOT to be left unattended at home. If leaving the property, pets should be safely secured in a kennel.
******Please clean up after your pets. Any dog waste found is an additional $40 per pile found.
*****Loss of garage opener will result in a $150 replacement fee.
****Please keep garage doors shut closed when unattended to ensure security and safety.
****Trash pick up day is every Monday morning. Please bring out blue trash receptacle bins to the street in front of the house either on Sunday evening or Monday morning before 6am. Kindly bring back trash bins to their designated area at the end of the day on Monday. Trash bins can be found on the side of the house by the side gate entrance.

******VERY IMPORTANT*****
***Please keep Main Entrance Doors, Garage door AND Backyard Door LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. This will ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
