Stretching across 2 floors, the villa with marble floors and the classic, white exterior of Lanzarote, consists of a living room, a dining room with large windows and access to the terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a king size bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television and a washing machine. The outdoor area of the villa is a true holiday oasis and offers a beautifully-landscaped garden as well as a large pool, heated for no extra charge, which provides for refreshment and fun. The generous terrace - with both roofed and uncovered areas - invites you to sunbathe in the loungers by the pool or to prepare fresh meals on the barbecue and share them at the table. Upstairs, on the large balcony, finish off your evenings with a glass of wine and admire the beautiful sunsets of Lanzarote as you gaze towards the ocean or the volcano of Montaña Roja. The local beach of Montaña Roja is 750 m or a 9-minute walk away. A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the centre of Playa Blanca, which is about 5 km or an 8-minute drive away. Here you will also find beautiful, sandy beaches like Playa Flamingo and Playa de Playa Blanca, where you can rest on the fine, golden sand and listen to the calming ocean waves.



Free parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Please note, since the pool is heated with solar panels, it will be cold on days with no sun.
