It is ideally situated close to Playa Blanca town and beach, 15-20 minutes stroll, close to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is well equipped for all your self catering needs, including kitchen equipment, fridge freezer & washing machine. With a large bbq and terrace area to enjoy the warm evenings. Large heated swimming pool (Heating Chargeable), sun loungers with cushions & Parasol, the villa is fitted with WIFI and full English TV channels including Sky & BT Sports.

We have just returned home from a fabulous 11 night stay in Villa Jessica. It is a beautiful villa, the smallest twin bedroom is more suitable for younger children. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn't do too much cooking as the restaurants in Playa Blanca are so good. The outdoor area is just stunning with lovely planting and seating areas. The BBQ is great and we got great use from the pool which is a good size. I would highly recommend this villa, its in a quiet residential area 10-15 min walk to the beach and shops. Jodie and Brett were a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to returning to this villa in the future.

Lovely villa

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, very clean and quiet. Close to the beach with a good choice of restaurants. We would stay here again.

Ok but Bathrooms need Upgrade

The villa was clean on arrival for our ten week stay. Linen change was ok but weekly light clean was poor in bathrooms. (didn’t want to report poor cleaning to Agent as we know what cleaners can do with your personal hygiene products (toothbrush) if you complain ! ). Sadly outside areas never cleaned/attended to during our 10 week stay. Bathrooms need upgrade, seal around en-suite bath very black with mould. Paid extra for pool heating and maintained ok twice weekly and faulty pump replaced promptly. Sadly garden not maintained causing leaves to blow into pool leaving us to clean out the pool before using on days when pool man not attending. . Asked for gardener to be sent but he was sent only one time. Beds comfortable and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. Frying pans were in poor condition and Agent replaced promptly when asked. Villa in good central location, seafront approx 20 minute stroll. Overall, enjoyed our stay but above negatives definitely need attending to for it to be given a higher rating.

Perfect Xmas Break In The Sun.

We stayed here for a week over the Xmas period. The apartment is as per the listing, if not better. Very well presented and equipped in a safe, very quiet neighbourhood in Playa Blanca. We would not hesitate to use this property again.
