We offer 2 big outdoor bins, please dispose of any trash in the outdoor bins
Turn off lights, fans, & TVs. Please return TV remotes to tables and place fan remotes back in their wall bases next to light switches.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect our neighbors! Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. We use a privacy-safe Minut sensor to monitor decibels. Unauthorized events result in eviction + $500.
NO GLASS OUTDOORS/SPA. Use provided unbreakable cups. Rinse off before spa entry; keep cover locked. Broken glass requires a $500 drain/reset fee.
AC min 69°F; keep doors/windows shut. Flush TP only. No makeup on white linens (use black towels). Park in 4-car driveway; avoid grass. Thanks!

This was THE most wonderful home! I stayed with my 2 adult daughters and grandson and I don't think it would have been possible to find a better host and house. The communication with Alex went above and beyond expectations. The amenities - OMG- we played pool, fuzzball- other games inside and out provided- a fantastic hot tub. Anything and everything was provided kitchen, bathrooms bedrooms with thoughtfulness. A host who provides snacks and beverages!?!? That was a first! Do not hesitate to stay at this lovely and well appointed home! I am available with any questions you may have.
