Deerfield Beach Floresta Beauty is a charming and comfy 2,000+ square feet hacienda, located in the ocean-access Floresta district of town, a haven for boaters and water enthusiasts. This very affordable South Florida vacation rental home features numerous upgrades that make it a perfect destination for small families and groups of up to 8 friends.

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a bright & airy layout delivers the iconic tropical South Florida vacation experience! Hardwood floors and marble, granite, and tile features in kitchen and baths add a note of luxury. Three bedrooms feature king size beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds is ideal for youngsters. Master bedroom is a stunner, including modern LCD television, lavish master bath, and French doors that open directly into the outdoor Florida room.

Living room includes plush couches and seating, large LCD television, and separate entry to the Florida room. Wireless Internet is included. The kitchen is outfitted to gourmet standards, with high end appliances and premium space for preparing meals, and pass-through for easy access to the attractive dining room that seats 8.

The cozy and very private backyard includes a swimming pool with child-friendly wading area and waterfall feature seating. Outdoor play set for kids includes slide, swings, and sand play area. Oversized and fully screened-in Florida room allows outdoor entertaining in style and includes comfortable seating and complete designer outdoor kitchen with gourmet grill, kitchen, and sink.

Two bicycles are included in the garage and the house is an idyllic 15 minute pedal from the beach. Enjoy all the delights this visitor-favorite area of South Florida has to offer, including the best local surfing beach, quaint fishing pier, immaculate sandy beaches, scuba & snorkeling, watercraft rentals, beach volleyball courts, and more. We loved the house and enjoyed the stay. We were a group of 9 people. We loved how well maintained the house, and how it offers quite a bit to do (even has some bikes to guests' use, which was great). We loved the pool and the spacious kitchen. With the size of our group, to only have 2 bathrooms was a bit tight (would have been a bit easier if there was at least another powder room). The house was very clean when we got it. Had plenty of extra towels for us to use.The host is very accommodating (slightly slow to respond, but very positive in communication).Future guests should know that this house comes slightly less equipped with paper towel, toilet paper and close to no toiletry, as it's not always rented for short periods of time but sometimes for longer periods as well. Our rental was only for a few days. As short-term renters we didn't expect to need all this extra stuff with us and expected the house to be sufficiently equipped with it, which presented a bit of a surprise on arrival. We wrote to the host right away, and the host was kind enough to replenish everything we needed.I would rent this house again. We loved our stay

Deerfield Beach House

Our stay in Deerfield Beach was wonderful!! I was there with my three sons aged 18, 16 and 11. The house was about a 4 minute drive to the beach or a 12 minute bike ride. The property was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pool was very clean and the owners provided toys for us to use that were kept in the shed next to the pool. The beds were very comfortable and every room had a ceiling fan. It was a perfect space for me and the kids to spread out and have an enjoyable vacation. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family and we would stay here again!

Great location

Great trip. My wife and I came with our baby grandkids. The only drawback was that the pool needed to be shocked. Location is great. Close to lots of good food, shops, and beaches. We enjoyed the Deerfield Beach parks. I love that the homeowner left bicycles for us to ride. Home was fully stocked with all the things you would need. I would definitely book this property again

Great property

This property is professionally managed. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood not too far from the beach. Place was very clean with hotel grade bedding and towels. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable.Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor BBQ was a very nice set-up inside the screened area,Lots of chairs and loungers around the pool. There were bikes and beach chairs available for the guests.Overall a very nice place that was well appointed with everything a guest could need. Can easily recommend this place.

Best Family Getaway Ever

Wow! So much more than we expected! Everything was top notch from the fully equipped kitchen to the oh so comfy beds and bedding. We did not want for anything. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pool and we loved the screened-in porch and eat in area with the opportunity to bbq. Would certainly stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking. Beach parking is expensive, but if you park of the other side of the draw bridge parking is free.The beds are very comfortable. Each room has AC and an extra fan.Kitchen has everything you need and a really big fridge.

Overall, I likely wouldn’t rent this property again; however, if it fits your needs and assuming they address some of the bigger issues (i.e. ants), it definitely can be a good value for the price. The bad: Ants EVERYWHERE. On the laundry machines, all over the kitchen… heaven forbid you left food on the counter for more than 10 min and it’d be covered with ants. Needs a bug treatment. Pool was not cleaned once in our 8 days there. Got pretty full of debris… No one responded to the messages we sent in the app for the pool to be heated - had to call several times to get someone out… missed a few good pool days! Main bathroom needs a good scrub - tub was slippery with some type of film. Power went out 4 of the 7 nights we were there. Would make for a very hot sleep. The good: Location was great, quiet and clean neighborhood, walkable to many places! Easy access to stores and beach (by car). Linens were clean and bedrooms were comfortable. House was spacious and broken up nicely for privacy. Pool was very nice and big for a group to play in - swing set was a great addition. Best check out process I’ve had (very little on the renter to do, which was a nice touch when traveling with kids). Recommend they address the issues with ants and cleaning because the property has great potential, all things considered!!!

Hi Jessi, Thank for taking the time to share your experience with your fellow travelers. It’s extremely odd that you mentioned ants in the home because we didn’t hear from you the entire stay. Additionally, we had guests in the home the night after you departed and they didn’t have any challenges. Our pool was cleaned the day you arrived and was cleaned the day you departed from your 7 day stay (not 8 day stay as you eluded to in your review). Lastly, the electrical power in the area is provided by FP&L. You mentioned that the home lost power and I’m uncertain why you’d mention this. It’s out of our control and doesn’t happen with any consistency. Things do happen when you stay in homes and not hotels. Please keep this in mind when you travel in the future. Be well and take care!

The home was very clean, had a great pool,& screened porch and most amenities one needs. Our only recommendation would be waste baskets in each bedroom and 2 instead of one night stands in bedrooms also. Also the couches which appear to be electric motion do Not Recline or even have electrical components to do so. The internet name & password which were provided by Runar from Superior Florida Rentals and the info book in the house both had the same internet info which was Wrong and should have been updated. We did notify Jon the property manager about both the couch and internet issues, he was very nice and got back to us immmeadiately, giving us the new internet info and came out to look at the couch issue. He too was baffled that they are electrical reclining couches with no electrical components to make them recline, he said he would look into this and get back to us. That never happened and we did not hear from him which we felt was a bit unprofessional and disappointing. All in all the house was most accommodating for us to enjoy a great get together and create new memories of a FUN time in Deerfield Beach and surrounding cities!,
