📍 Unit Location

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-story building. Please keep this in mind when booking. As there are units both above and below, some normal building noise may occasionally be heard. Thank you for your understanding.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. This includes all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to the in-unit laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with complete privacy and freedom.

A short walk takes you to Central Avenue, the neighborhood's bustling hub, where you'll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Getting around Jersey City and nearby Manhattan is simple and convenient! The PATH trains 🚆 are just minutes away, taking you directly into Manhattan in about 20 minutes 🗽. Local NJ Transit buses 🚌 run throughout The Heights, connecting you to other parts of Jersey City and Hoboken. The neighborhood is very walkable 🚶, with shops, cafes ☕, and parks 🌳 nearby, and biking 🚴 is a fun way to explore scenic routes along the Palisades. If you’re driving, free street parking 🚗 is available, but remember to check street cleaning days and hours to avoid tickets.

1. No Parties or Gatherings

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in fines of up to $500 and immediate removal from the property without refund.



2. Noise Policy

No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is permitted at any time. Guests must respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment throughout their stay.



3. Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarette use are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines of up to $500.



4. Visitors Policy

All visitors must be approved in advance. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless they are included in the reservation.



5. Occupancy Limit

Only the number of guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.



6. Damages & Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items, including (but not limited to) stained towels or linens. Charges will also apply for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.



7. Parking

Street parking is available free of charge; however, availability is not guaranteed and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are responsible for following all street cleaning regulations to avoid tickets or towing. The Host is not responsible for parking violations.



8. Trash & Recycling

Very strict policies, please follow all instructions carefully. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside the unit or in unauthorized areas. Failure to follow building or city guidelines may result in additional fees.



9. Liability Disclaimer

The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that may occur during your stay. The Host is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By booking, guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
