Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Press and hold checkmark to lock door
Turn off A/C, turn down heat. Make sure Hot Tub is covered. Awning is placed back into original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noise or music from 10pm to 10am. If you’re using hotub late at night, no loud music and please respect the neighbors around you.

The house was very clean, beautiful, a the carpet was so fluffy and warm. Only thing is in the winter the heat should stay around 65 when not occupied because it took a while to heat up.i know it’s expensive but we were super cold downstairs until the next morning. The hot tub was at 104 so we were able to get in immediately. It also stays warm for so long even in the sub zero temperatures. We had a great time and I would definitely come again. The cleaning fee is outrageous but I don’t know if that is determined by the owner or VRBO.

Not sure what the previous review is talking about, there is heat control in every single room and It gets so toasty quick in the whole house! SO cozy! The cleaning fee was well worth it, the place was spotless and smelled fantastic! The house was even nicer in person. The beds are super comfy! The house had everything we needed. The porch out back is awesome with the hot-tub! The owner has great communication! There are many cute restaurants and bars locally, didn’t have to go far. Can’t wait to come back!
