Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, stylish finishes, and two plush queen beds—ideal for restful nights after full days of exploring. Step outside to a screened-in back porch overlooking your private backyard, perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Guests enjoy their own driveway for easy, stress-free parking.

Just minutes from Kings Bay Naval Base and historic St. Marys, and only a 5-minute drive to the Cumberland Island Ferry for unforgettable wild beaches and roaming horses. We want you to have a wonderful, comfortable stay! Please review and respect the following house rules:

• No smoking of any kind inside the home.
If you choose to smoke, please do so only in the backyard and ensure all doors are fully closed.

• Thermostat settings:
– A/C may not be set lower than 73°F
– Heat may not be set higher than 72°F
– When leaving the home, please set the A/C to 75°F
– During winter months, please set the heat to 69°F when leaving

• Toilets:
Absolutely nothing in the toilets except toilet paper (no wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other items).

• No parties or events.
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood.

• No loud music.
Please be respectful and courteous of our neighbors at all times.

• Please treat the home as if it were your own.
We’ve put a lot of love into this space and appreciate your care and consideration.

Vacation in the south!

It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest place. If there were a couple lawn chairs we could have used them for our guests. I found not enough to work with when staying more than two days. Bedrooms need more light as well as repairs needed on the lamps. We enjoyed St.Mary’s it’s a lovely little town. Allisa was prompt at replying to her calls but I don’t think she realizes when you invest in a vacation you don’t expect to run into these situations. These problems have been around for a while and need to be addressed. It took the relaxing out of the vacation. I don’t like complaining about this type of situation and was tempted not to write anything. I had read where someone else complained earlier about the same problems so I thought it had been taken care of as Allisa said she was glad to know of things that were needed. I wish her well as a landlord. I won’t be back though.

Check In CHALLENGE

The door code we were given would NOT work. I phoned my contact but there was no answer and voice mail was FULL. I sent a text with no response!!! Only by luck the neighbors staying next door came home and let me walk through their unit and fortunately, I was able to get in through an UNLOCKED back door. My contact did not return my text until 1:20 a.m. waking me up, and advising that she was in Italy!!!!! In communication the next day she gave me a different code which DID work. However, even then she was almost rude insisting that the first code was a correct code!!!! Other than that the unit was only ok needing some cleaning and upgrading!!!! I would NOT recommend it!!!

Host was great. Very responsive. House was lovely and cool when we arrived. Just the right amount of space for four adults. House decorated nicely. Made due with pulling the living room rocker to the dining room table to play games (only three chairs?). Mysterious stain on the wall that house keepers should clean up or have room repainted because who knows what it is. I know turn around is quick but there were some obvious vacuuming misses that could have been caught and built more confidence in overall cleanliness. In spite of these few minor things we found the property perfectly acceptable. Thanks for letting us stay in your cute condo.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and comfortable, really appreciated the washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Close to the cute town of St Marys. If ever back this way, would stay again. Thanks!

Clean. Had a little issue owner was very quick to respond and corrected quickly. She had great communication. Nice place. Very roomy.Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Alissa is the best!!

Seriously have no complaints. This place is such a steal! The host is amazing, very responsive. The home is clean and very well taken care of. And let’s not forget the decor aesthetic. The neighborhood is quiet. You’re close to just about everything, a short drive to Jacksonville & Amelia Island. St. Mary’s is a cute little town within itself. Also close to the navy base if you visiting loved ones like me. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Alissa!

Relaxing

Overall was a good stay, very good location. St Marys is a very nice area to enjoy the days. A few little things needed attention in the rental but overall goid stay!!

Staged beautifully but missing necessities

The property is beautifully decorated but missing items that make the stay comfortable. For example: No waste baskets in bathrooms, poor quality pillows on beds(should be four per queen bed), no body soap in shower, only one large pan without a lid, no strainer or cutting board, insufficient towels in both bathrooms, night tables on one side of bed. The shower plumbing, shower surround, and light switch in bathroom needs repair. Please oil bedroom doors. Fragrance diffusers are too much. I thought it was over the top to ask guest to strip beds and start washer beside taking out trash and washing all the dishes. What is the cleaning fee for? Sorry

Good place to stay but not without issues.

We liked the place and for the most part the cleanliness. However, there were a few issues. The first one being, when we arrived a couple hours after the check in time, the place wasn’t fully cleaned and had to wait for cleaners to come by and properly complete their cleaning. Second issue was that the air conditioning system seemed to be extremely dusty, every time it came on, it would make my wife and I sneeze profusely. Third issue wee had with the place, was the fact that there were no trash bags to clean our trash as we did have some trash after staying here for a few days. Fourth issue was the shower, turning on the water is not exactly easy as the handle seems to be a bit to old and should probably be replaced. Having said that, we did end up enjoying ourselves. The beds were comfortable, the place was large enough. The kitchen had all the silverware anyone would need but would be awesome to have slightly larger bowls, as the ones we had were just a little too small. Other than that, we did enjoy the place and would probably come back.

Comfortable stay!

Location was great and beds super comfortable. Kitchen was ready to go. Note it isn’t two full baths. Two toilets and sinks, one tub/shower. Nicely decorated.

St. Mary's visit

We travelled to St. Mary's, Georgia to visit Okefenokee Swamp. Our stay in this house was enjoyable, and we had a good experience communicating with the host. We feel it was well worth the fee we paid.
