Charming, one-bedroom retreat: Unwind in the cozy ambiance of our comfortable one- bedroom, cozy living area, and full kitchen.

If you’re visiting for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, our home is just minutes from University of North Texas – a team training base camp. Even if you’re heading to matches in the surrounding area, you’ll love exploring everything Denton has to offer. Be sure to check out Denton Square, a vibrant hub filled with local art, unique shops, live music, pubs, and a wide variety of restaurants.

Pet-friendly haven: Small dogs (up to 25 pounds) are welcome with a pet fee of $50 for the first dog and $25 for a second, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Sorry, we do not allow breeds that are dangerous or are known for their history of biting and we cannot be held liable if you agree to stay as a guest or allow a guest to visit. Dogs must be on leash while in front of the property.

Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals and snacks in your private kitchen, stocked with essential appliances (Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils).

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Place all trash in the large bins located by the driveway. - Place all towels in the laundry basket. There is no need to strip the bed. - Turn off all lights and the TV.
- Make sure the back door is locked from the inside (the front door will self-lock).
- Take all personal belongings with you (be sure to double-check the closet and drawers). - Please make sure gas burners are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host was very attentive. Answered back quickly. Space was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures but very clean. Heads up if you bring a pet. The back yard is not fenced in and every outing my poor dog ended up with Burrs in her paws. All in all it fit our needs for the weekend.It would have been nice if the bathroom had a blow dryer available.
