The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave any used towels on the bathroom floor and unused towels on the closet shelf. Discart garbage bags and all - any garbage in the front, next to street, bin before you leave.
Inside house: A/C, lights, fans, electronics, gas stove & faucets. Laundry: Light, washer&dryer. Must be off/shut off before you leave. Clean up after yourself & return all items to their orig place.
Close all doors, windows & gates. (Close all furniture, appliance, inside and outside doors. Laundry, passenger, car & balcony gate.) Input the code in the dials in master lockbox #1 ~1321 & #2 ~7457
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No extra guests/parties: You will be required to vacate immediately, no refund. Cigarette or cannabis smoke odor inside the property, $50 penalty fee.
Don't eat in bed or sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothing. A fee will be charged for emergency toilet unclogging due to negligence.
The use of chemicals on the property is not permitted at any time. Any damage will be charged.
