PARKING:
The on-site heated parkade provides flexibility to leave your vehicle behind and walk to nearby shops, dining, and adventures.
Each suite includes ONE free parking stall.
There are some visitor stalls available for additional vehicles, but parking is limited.
Please carpool and plan accordingly.
LIVING:
Cozy up on the spacious sectional in a quaint space designed for making memories—whether you’re getting lost in a good book, diving into a family movie marathon, or sharing heartfelt stories over a glass of wine. Relaxation and connection come naturally here.
KITCHEN:
Delight your inner chef in our fully-equipped gourmet kitchen—perfect for whipping up anything from quick snacks to hearty family meals. Outfitted with all the essentials for culinary creativity, it’s a space where memories are made around food.
DINING:
Gather around the spacious kitchen island, comfortably set for eight, and enjoy leisurely meals with loved ones. It`s the perfect spot to challenge the kids to an evening of board games or swap stories from the day’s adventures. Laughter, connection & great memories are always on the menu.
SLEEPING:
Retreat to comfort & style in this thoughtfully designed space featuring three cozy bedrooms. The primary suite offers a space to sprawl out, while the second bedroom boasts a queen bed with TV to snuggle up and stream your favorite series. The third bedroom features a private lock-off with king bed & private bathroom perfect to escape for restful nights. An additional queen trundle style bed is tucked into the sectional sofa for extra guests. Each sleeping space is dressed in soft linens, plush duvets, and plenty of pillows for a luxurious night`s sleep.
BATHROOMS:
Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms designed for comfort and indulgence. One features a sleek 4-piece layout with a stylish walk-in shower, while the other is a full 4-piece bath complete with a relaxing tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The lock-off has its own full 4-piece bathroom. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner & body wash, are thoughtfully provided to enhance your stay.
BALCONIES:
Step out onto one of three balconies and take in the fresh mountain air. Whether you`re sipping your morning coffee or reminiscing about the days adventures over a night cap, this outdoor space offers the perfect backdrop to soak it all in.
LAUNDRY:
Quality full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located within the suite, making laundry a breeze. Complimentary detergent is provided to keep you fresh and ready for your next adventure.
SUNRISE ASCENT can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer!

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*95% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
