With three king bedrooms and private bathrooms, and tv's in every room, the space often compares to booking multiple hotel rooms while keeping everyone together. One of the bedrooms has a mini kitchenette, dinning for another 4 people, work desk for remote work for those who need the added privacy
After exploring Banff, settle into a warm living space with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Three private balconies offer space to take in the views, morning coffee, BBQ'ing or evening downtime after hiking, biking, or exploring town. or unwind in the year-round hot tub and heated outdoor pool.
Full kitchen, in-suite laundry, 3 balconies, BBQ make longer stays easy. Well located for Canmore’s trails, restaurants, and quick access into Banff.
The Space:
Settle into a top-floor mountain retreat designed for space, comfort, and connection. This 2026 newly built 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo offers views, vaulted wood ceilings, and a bright open layout that feels both elevated and relaxed.
The main living area is anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows to fill the space with natural light. A comfortable seating area creates a place to unwind after a day outdoors, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything needed for shared meals and slow mornings.
Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed and its own private bathroom. Tv's, offering privacy for couples, families, or groups traveling together. The Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 2( lock off unit) have private balconies to enjoy morning coffee and take in the mountain air, while the larger balcony off the living room is ideal for group gathering, happy hour and BBQ
An additional half bath on the main level adds convenience, while the lofted design and high ceilings create a sense of openness throughout.
Bedroom # 3 is on the 2nd level and is private with its own ensuite however is in the loft
